Site visit & detailed day plan - $800

Just need a little bit of help with some ideas? Are your friends and family putting their hands up to help out on the day but you just need an action plan? This is the package for you. We will do a site visit with you to:

-       see what pieces are already onsite we can use & suggest items from our collection that would work beautifully in your chosen venue(s)

-       put together the best layout plans for your room to work with your venue to action 

-       decide best wet weather options & plans

-       from this we will provide you with a day plan that you can put into action including some styling tips

On the day styling & event management - $2800

So you've got your event locked in & covered but you just need someone to see your vision through on the day & style it to perfection, plus deal with any last minute things that might arise. If you engage the services of A Little Character to style & event manage we include...

-       a site visit to see what pieces are already onsite we can use / best layout plans & suggest wet weather options

-       an inspiration board outlining our suggestions &/or your choices of items to hire from A Little Character

-       we assist with all enquiries from your family & friends on the days leading up & on your day to leave you time to focus on attending your event

        (this is especially important for destination / out of town weddings)

-       we set-up & style all items hired plus we bring some extra bits & pieces with us to decorate (at no extra charge)

-       we put together an event run-sheet outlining everything!

-       we meet, greet & brief all other vendors on the day

-       we also brief your MC to make sure they’re aware of all elements & timings, & keep them on schedule if needs be

-       we will move decorations around the venue(s) to make the most of these

-       and look after any other last minute problems that might arise

Final 2 months plus on the day styling & event management - $3800

This includes all of the elements outlined in the package above plus we work with you in the final 2 months leading up to your evnet to help pull all your wedding elements together.

We will be there every step of the way to make sure your event & the lead up runs as smoothly & as stress free as possible. and has everything you want, is a reflection of you/your corporation.

For example we make sure you have these (& a million other) items ticked off your to-do list (for our weddings especially):

-       photo list for photographer

-       final dress fittings - bride & bridesmaids

-       hair & make-up trials

-       music plans for ceremony & reception (we also have some awesome wedding playlists that we can provide)

-       wedding rehearsal & rehearsal dinner management

-       follow up rsvps

-       seating plans & wedding favours

-       budget management

-       manage all wedding day tasks

-       plus we bring our super special event emergency kit with us just in case of any last minute dramas

Full floral design package  $4000

Table flowers, archway/customised entry piece/photo wall plus blooms & designer A1 frames with signage, bar top flowers & bathroom touches. Delivery, set up and removal on site (that day or the next)

Basic floral design package $1500

Table flowers (based on 8 tables), bar top flowers & bathroom touches - including scented candles.
